Village of Hope, Extending Food Security To All In Lincoln

September isHarvest of Hope Food Drivemonth at Village of Hope. Autumn is the culmination of the agricultural calendar. The last of the summer fruits and vegetables have reached maturity. The shortening days of light mean it’s time to bring in the bounty before the leaves drop, and the temperature falls.

Our Food Drive goal for September is to harvest 5000lbs of food each week of September to see our "neighbours in need" through to the new year. The COVID19 crisis has seen our family registrations swell, so many for the first time seeking assistance from our food bank, with no sign of numbers decreasing.

Please, if you are able, support our "neighbours in need". Foods can be dropped off atVillage of Hope 10AM to 4PM Monday through Saturday. For an idea of what we need most please visit our page at In general, non-perishable foods, personal care products, and cleaning supplies are always welcome, and much appreciated.

You can also #shopanotherplate,at Foodland Vineland and leave purchases in the indicated area within the store.
